As founder and president of J. Alan Homes, Alan personally handles all contract negotiations and pricing. He is a hands-on builder and has assembled a knowledgeable team to provide the home buyer with everything they need to make their building experience a pleasant one.Customer Liaison/ Marketing Manager –
Holli NashAs Customer Liaison and Marketing Manager, Holli is the key internal contact for customers, our real estate partners, and our field personnel. Marketing functions include maintenance and improvemnt of our website, packaging and presentation of new spec starts for real estate sales, and development of pr campaigns.
Superintendents –
Tim McLaughlin - Field General Manager
Eric Storm - Chateau ElanOur certified field superintendents have a combined experience of 30+ years in the homebuilding industry. Their project management skills help the building process run smoothly and their site management give us the ability to communicate with the home buyer on a consistent basis.
Head Designer –
Leslie Eversole - Southern Flooring & InteriorsOur Interior Designer meets with each of our home buyers in her decorator showroom to assist in selecting all custom finishes. She has been recognized by the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association with two nominations for “Home of the year” in 2003.
Architect –
Ron CarterRon Carter of Homes of Atlanta has been designing homes in metro Atlanta since 1994. Awards include “Best Architectural Design Award” and the “People’s Choice Award” from the 2001/2003 Street of Dreams, as well as several OBIES from the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association.
Home Warranty –
NewHome Warranty Management Inc.Our customer satisfaction goal does not end once your home is closed. Our Home Warranty Management team will perform the Orientation / walk-through before closing and handle any issues that may arise after closing and throughout the first year. Communication with our Warranty Manager is the key to keeping our homeowners happy.
